Cancellation Policy

At PTC, we understand that schedules can change and unforeseen circumstances can occur. We are committed to providing flexibility to our clients while ensuring that our experts’ time is respected. Below is our cancellation policy designed to facilitate a smooth and accommodating experience for all parties involved: Free Cancellation: Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. This fee compensates our experts for their time and ensures that we can continue offering high-quality services to all our clients. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to attend a scheduled meeting without prior notice (no-show), the client will be charged the full cost of the session. Rescheduling: We understand that unexpected changes can occur. If you need to reschedule your session, please do so as early as possible. Rescheduling within the 48-hour window prior to your appointment will be subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee of 25% of the service cost. Exceptions: We will consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances. Please contact us at the earliest opportunity to discuss any issues preventing you from attending your scheduled meeting. Our aim is to provide a fair and transparent policy that respects the time of both our clients and our experts. By booking a session, you agree to this cancellation policy.
